In order to help me help you in the most supportive way, your first visit will include a brief review of your medical history. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to complete an intake form.

Cancellation policy

I deeply respect your time, and understand that occasionally things come up. At my discretion, I do reserve the right to charge, in full, for any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice.
